Item Details
A handsome mid-Victorian mahogany double wardrobe, dating from around 1860–1880, featuring attractive figured mahogany panels and a substantial moulded cornice. The interior is fitted with a full-length hanging section to one side and a useful arrangement of shelves and drawers to the other, offering excellent storage.
The wardrobe dismantles into two main carcass sections, plus the separate plinth and cornice, making it far easier to move and install than a one-piece wardrobe. It retains its original character and has a rich warm mahogany colour with pleasing grain throughout.
A practical and decorative Victorian wardrobe, ideal for period or contemporary interiors alike.
