Victorian Chaise Longue

Victorian very elegant asymmetrical double ended chaise longue circa 1870. One side has a full height upholstered arm/back, the opposite side has a lower curved back support, this creates a distinctive fainting couch. It has a fine carved walnut frame and is upholstered in a pale yellow damask with subtle floral and foliage pattern, adding refinement while keeping the original Victorian sense of luxury. It comes with two matching cushions. The seat height is 41 cm. The chaise is in very good solid condition free from woodworm, with clean upholstery ready for its new home.
