On offer for sale is this stunning chinoiserie decorated bureau bookcase dating to the 2nd half of the 20h century and beautifully decorated with figures and landscapes all over. It has a double arch top with arched doors that open to reveal a striking red and gilt decorated interior with various sized drawers and cubby holes. Below the bureau base with a fall front and lopers there is a fully fitted interior of similar decoration. Below this there are two short drawers over to long drawers and the whole standing on turned gilt feet. The item come in two sections for transport.
