Mahogany Wardrobe / Knock-Down Wardrobe / Channel Island Wardrobe c.1880

On offer for sale is this very good quality solid mahogany Antique Georgian style mahogany two door wardrobe circa 1880. It has a full width hanging rail with various hooks around the sides and two very useful bottom drawers. The wardrobe is known as a channel Island wardrobe as it is in the English style but constructed in the French manor in that it completely dismantles for ease of getting up the smallest of stair cases. It is also very easy to reassemble as every thing simply slots into place, the back panels are fixed with a few screws the same as the two doors. Every assembled in 20 minutes maximum and the wardrobe stands very sturdy and solid once assembled.
