Large Victorian Flame Mahogany Pedestal Desk

A fine quality large Victorian flame mahogany pedestal desk .5ft wide The desk has a wonderful flame mahogany grain to the top and drawer fronts with original mahogany knob handles. The nine drawers all have solid mahogany linings and slide nicely and smoothly as they should. the large centre drawer is supplied with a working lock and key. It is a very practical size giving a large work surface. The kneehole dimensions are width 64 cm and height 61 cm The desk is in very good condition with great colour and patina, it has had a new hand-finished tan leather insert with traditional gold tooling. It comes in three sections for transport.
